With a stay at Playhouse Apartments in Abbotsford, we were just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Yarra River and a short drive to Fitzroy Gardens. The location was perfect for exploring Melbourne's vibrant city center and enjoying outdoor activities with the family. The apartments were well-appointed and provided a comfortable and convenient base for our adventures.

My wife says that the apartment could have had a larger playground for the kids.

I loved the location of the hotel as it was near restaurants and easy to check in and out. The accommodation was comfortable with lovely views from the balcony. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Great spot for breakfast at Jamaica Blue just next door. The apartment's sunny balcony was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the location and how easy it was to hop on the tram from here! 🌞

The apartment was in a good location and close to many shops and cafes. The view from the apartment was stunning, overlooking a park. the apartment was clean with all the necessities provided.

The pool was closed during our stay and there was no prior communication from the staff. we had a difficult time finding the entrance to the apartment and parking was expensive.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the park. I really enjoyed the light-filled apartment, and the Nespresso machine was a great touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We stayed at a property in Abbotsford that perfectly met our needs for a weekend getaway with 6 people. the apartment provided was spacious and allowed everyone to have their own space without feeling cramped. the highlight was the extremely large balcony that offered a great view. It would have been even better if outdoor table and chairs were provided for some enjoyable outdoor lounging. the property was conveniently located near tram lines, making it easy to access Melbourne city centre.

The beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were well furnished and quiet. Cons: Nothing to fault 👌.

It had all the necessary amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. the location was convenient, close to the attractions we wanted to visit and also near tram stops for easy access into the city. the staff at the front desk were very helpful, and there were shops and a supermarket nearby. a pleasant and enjoyable experience that we would love to repeat. Cons: Couldn't think of anything 🙌.

Loved having the whole apartment to myself, and the indoor pool and fitness center were just perfect for my intense workout routine. Also, the free self parking was a godsend!

Oh, and who needs to be close to the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens or the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground when you can stay here? Totally overrated!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The apartment was modern, minimalist, and spotlessly clean. The nespresso machine with free pods added a nice touch. We were even upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with semi river views on the 10th floor, which was exceptional value for money.

The apartment was immaculate and large with plenty of space. Comfortable bed and pillows. High-end toiletries. Lovely large balcony overlooking the Yarra river and trail. Tram stop to the city at the end of the street. Cool cafes and pubs in Richmond within walking distance. Staff at reception were very helpful and lovely. Good location and wifi. Well-equipped for cooking a meal.

Very noisy throughout the night due to construction in the area. There was no soundproofing in the room.

I stayed at Playhouse Apartments Abbotsford for a week for a business trip. The apartment was spacious and clean, with well-equipped kitchenettes and a small washing machine and dryer. The two bathrooms had ample toilet papers and tissue papers. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. I appreciated the free coffee pods and Nespresso machine, as well as the provided tea and milk. a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely return if given the chance.

Excellent location, cleanliness, and facilities. Great food choices in Abbotsford. Easy access to the city on tram. New building, safe and compact apartments. Pool and gym facilities are great. Amazing view, comfortable and quiet beds. Nicely furnished and close to tram lines.
